Because there are many countres that compete wth global powers and am to become global powers n the future. For th s reason, allances and collaboratons formed by med um-szed states have become balancng elements aganst the globalst powers that have shaped the world order snce the Second World War. In th s context, the profound upheavals n the nternatonal arena, and espec ally n the M ddle East (such as the October 7 Gaza nc dent, Israel’s attack on Iran, the weaken ng of Hezbollah n Lebanon, and the undermnng of the Houth Movement n Yemen), have made the formaton of new allances n the reg on a necessty. The nternatonal system’s shap ng of global and reg onal developments has brought to the forefront a possble trlateral allance between Pakstan, Turkey, and Saud Araba. Partcularly the conjunctural developments that have emerged wth the events n the Mddle East stand out as one of the most mportant ssues.
